Over the years, Fircrest School and its staff have received
numerous awards and many accolades for excellent programs and

Leadership
Award for 2002. She has been director of Fircrest since April 1994. She served

the many improvements and state-of-the-art services that have made Fircrest a
center of excellence.

its Guide to America's Top Nursing Homes for 2003-2006.
In April 1997, Governor Locke issued Executive Order 97-03, Quality Improvement, requiring
each agency to develop and implement a plan to improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the public services it provides. Each quarter, the most deserving successes
